    Hi, we have the pro plugin, I’ve tried to upload the excel file but in the import tab, when I choose the excel file the plugin page remains in the loading state

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    you will need to send us an email along with your license number.
    We do not provide support through here for pro version.
