The subscribe forms pluggin works great. There are many customizations that are available from box sizing, custom fonts and colors, to email opt-in confirmation buttons, custom boarders, custom backgrounds, and much more. Very easy to use and personal changes are made as soon as you hit save, without having to re-paste your code on to the desired page. Also the customer support is excellent with timely replies, quick diagnostics, and fast implementation to solve problems. Highly recommend!
