Thank you so much @jban! Yes, I will add it when it’s a bit more stable, I prefer to avoid adding too much things at the same time, and working on the stability on the extensibility of the plugin; then move forward. But it’s definitely something I want to do, of course 🙂

Excellent! I’m loving your product. I don’t need the Pro version, but I may buy it to show my appreciation. One suggestion: On the popup chatbot, is there a way to close it completely? Not all of my users want to see that floating on the screen all the time. Also, in creating multiple chatbots for a single site, it would be cool to be able to save multiple bots and see a list of them rather than copying and saving the shortcode and writing over the old one. Just my two cents.
I never had that request @jban, but yeah, I’ll think about a way to do this in clean way, or through an option.
