    After having tried contact 7, Ninja and several others, I’ve finally found something that does what I need it to do..

    The free version is limited to 8 fields, but you’ll soon realize that this product is well worth paying $29 for – proper drag n drop, in page css styling, in page Javascript and conditional logic – the latter is a bit basic at present, but show/hide fields works and is probably the most required by developers..
