I found this to be the best forms for complex conditional formats that requires no programming and easy to understand. It includes the ability to accept payments or use as a standard information gathering tool. We use these forms for everything and the ability to send an email with all or selected information, redirect pages, multi-part forms etc. The one wish list idea is that you would have the ability to either collect information (no Payment) or process payment information within the same form based on a condition. Currently it is only one or the other.
