    I have been looking for a ticket system for a while. Nothing really suited my needs. I then came accross SupportCandy. I was very pleasantly surprised. I used the Free Version first. This was very easy to setup in the Admin area. After giving it a few tests and requesting a little support, I was more than happy. Enough so that I have purchased the Full version with All the Add-Ons. These work seamingly with no issues.

    For WP users I would recommend this to anyone without hesitation. Support is excellent too. I look forward to any future Add-Ons they bring out.
