excellent and very fast support

I had a serious performance issue where activating WholesaleX Pro made the entire WordPress admin extremely slow (over 30 seconds to load pages). The support team responded very quickly and took the time to investigate the problem directly on my site. They identified the cause and implemented a fix the same day. After the fix, the admin panel is now loading in about one second again. I really appreciate the fast response, clear communication and effective troubleshooting. Excellent support experience.
