Excellent but free version doesn’t do much

This is a much better written plugin than Duplicator, so if you’re willing to pay, this is a good solution. However, the free version really doesn’t do anything and has as a sole purpose to get you to buy the paid version. Normally I wouldn’t mind paying but just to move one site isn’t worth the price. Hence the 4 star review. I will just stick with Softalicious which is offered for free by my hosting provider.
