Excellent customer support

One of the ways that developers let themselves down is by producing an excellent plugin but then fail to support it, this is not a criticism that can be made of WP Google Maps.

They recently deprecated support for some of the older versions and provided a free upgrade for customers with these versions to version 8, I had problems on a customer website due to the upgrade as the site has a very extensive map setup.

Steven De Beer from WPG Maps went above and beyond to resolve the issues I faced and was happy to explain the steps taken to achieve resolution. I was hugely impressed by the level of concern expressed and the tireless effort put in to resolve my issues.

This is simply the best Map plugin available for WordPress and has what is quite possibly the best support of any plugin I currently use.
