    Kristian responded to my issue very quickly and went beyond what was required in investigating for me, even though it quickly became apparent it was nothing to do with ‘his’ plugin. We exchanged quite a lot of emails, none of which were dismissive, and I was helpfully pointed in the right direction once he’d investigated thoroughly. Thank you.
