Excellent features + quick + the most attentive support ever

First off – this plugin works flawlessly and does just about anything you could want (images + videos + external links, and any combination of such in a slider or carousel).
Though your first glance at SS3’s feature-laden GUI may make you worry that it may be bloatware (Revolution Slider, I’m looking straight at you, you fat, over-complicated tub of lard!), SS3 is the exact opposite of bloatware – despite a wealth of features, it is actually pretty lithe and intuitive to use, even though you can go down the proverbial rabbit hole of menus without ever leaving the free version.
Even though it is possible to get a bit lost in the submenus, it is also easy enough to get the hang of it and quick enough to experiment with that your first experience with the plugin shouldn’t be difficult at all.
What’s more, I’m running SS3 on a site that’s being developed with a common media folder one level above the WP installation – and I had to contact support due to an issue with the pathway to my video thumbnails (that’s right, you can apply your own high-res thumbnail for a YouTube video that would otherwise be ugly and compressed from YT) – and not only did they put up with me for two days straight while I found every way to screw up my settings, I pretty much had one-on-one service with them today, when my crappy coding was finally sorted out. I might add that turnaround times for each email were simply off the charts – doubly so considering I’m just a freebie user.
Put simply, I can’t think of anything I’ve been more pleased and satisfied with this month than this plugin and its stellar developers (yes, they beat the satisfaction of Amazon Prime 1-say shipping too).
I’d say more, but if you’ve read this far, just add the plugin and see for yourself. Chances are, it’ll do everything you need.
