Hey! You should be able to unpublish the form as noted in the docs here: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#publishing-a-form

Simply navigate to Forminator -> Forms -> Choose Form -> Click “Unpublish”.

Or you can remove the embedded form from the page itself (such as deleting the shortcode).
