Excellent Performance and Highly Responsive Support Team

Before using SureContact, I often worried about server performance and database loads caused by heavy cronjobs from traditional marketing plugins. Since making the switch, my server load has significantly decreased.

I currently use a single master list with a tag-driven architecture, integrating SureCart and SureTriggers to manage funnels and segmentation across my own site and a client project. The UI is highly intuitive, which drastically reduces the time spent on daily management. A major plus is that I no longer need to log into the WordPress backend for every single task.

What impresses me the most is the development team. During my intensive testing and implementation of automation workflows, they quickly fixed reported bugs and actively rolled out user-suggested features, such as the recent full custom domain support.
