    It took some time to me to figure out what was the right solution to build a ticket system with WordPress as there are a lot of different plugins available. But WATS is definitely the right one. It has all the features I was looking for and even more.

    Then, last but not least, the plugin developer is very friendly and available to reply to questions. Keep up the great work!
