Excellent Plugin

I’m currently building a new Knowledge Base and wanted to use WordPress for the customer-facing front-end and Zendesk for the ticketing backend. Thus it was important to be able to integrate WordPress and Zendesk.

Zendesk do provide their own official plugin, which provides single sign-on capability (great) but their “Web Widget” for logging new tickets is embedded in the WordPress dashboard (rather than a page). That’s a severe limitation.

This plugin solves that limitation. You are able to embed a Zendesk ticket logging form onto a page, and even customize the number of fields to show and add things like a redirect URL on submit. I would like to thank the authors for sharing this, great work.
