Excellent Plugin

Exactly what we needed for our clients. It allows our clients to easily run phone orders for their customers – front-end or back end. With one click they are logged in as the Customer (never knowing the customer’s password of course) – and as the customer can not only place orders – but update their saved payment information — only seeing last 4 numbers of cc for existing cards (with the Stripe Plugin), or update addresses – or indeed do anything as the customer — and an easy quick return to Admin. Better yet, easy line item editing to over-ride product pricing, shipping – so you can add discounts on the fly easily too. And you can also create customers on the fly too. The support is excellent and plugin is well documented.
