    I used Forminator to create a payment form on a 1-page WordPress site. The only FREE payment form generator I could find (it generates a lot of other forms too).

    I had to do some Google searches to find out how to add conditional logic to allow volume discounts, but other than that, Forminator had everything that I needed.

    Thank you for this fantastic plugin!
