Excellent plugin and support

This plug-in works as advertised, has an excellent support when issues does arise (whether it be the platform, WP, plug-in or user), and they are quick to address any issues and provide excellent support. I used this plug-in it to make a copy of my site before switch from Windows hosting platform to Linux. The restoration of my site only took minutes. This plug in is easy to use.
