Excellent plugin, excellent support!

I love this plugin. The functionality of it is superb. And when I bought the pro version, I had a snag (my fault) and their support team (I contacted them via their online chat) logged into a user I installed for them and had it up and running in no time.

Fast, friendly, pretty, functional. Everything I expect in a plugin.
