Excellent plugin, premium support

We initially used the Free version of the plugin and because we wanted to add some nice gift and shipping feedback system we upgraded to Pro. Along the way we got great (and fast) help from the developer. He even implemented a feature which we liked within a day! So we only needed to upgrade!
Really rare to find such a flexible plugin + premium support.
