    I installed the Chaty plugin on my website and had a small issue with my WP Rocket settings, Karina from support was extremely helpful and logged into my account to fix the issue for me straight away.
    The plugin works brilliantly and has everything that I was looking for. Would definitely recommend this plugin to anyone.
