Excellent plugin support

    We recently needed a review plugin for a client site and found this one. We needed the pro version for some of the features, but the setup is straightforward and the support is responsive.

    There are a few things that could possibly be improved, e.g. the designer for the review reminder emails, but overall it is a great plugin.
