    I needed to move a WP site off AWS. I tried several backup plugins and none worked properly ‘out of the box’, including BackupGuard. However, I contacted their support team, who went above and beyond to find the issue and restore the site on my new server (I did purchase the $10 upgrade version.)

    I suspect the problem was some anomaly of how WP was installed on the AWS site, but in any case, I would highly recommend both BackupGuard and its support team.
