Excellent problem solving skills

Steven has a great attitude and exceptional problem-solving skills. He patiently and methodically managed to figure out why the markers/pins were not rendering on our maps. The cause was an update in our theme that broke the map display. He took the initiative to comment out the line of code (in our child theme) to prevent this from happening again. This is what great customer support is!
