Excellent support

Though I thoroughly tested this plugin I was not able to use it because I needed a very flexible access restrictions that this plugin was not designed to do in the first place.
Amazing part was that everything worked the way it was described. No compatibility issues. Of course more detailed documentation would be a plus, but the one published was pretty good for a free plugin. All functions had their descriptions in the design forms.
The most remarkable part was the tech support given by the author. The response time was from 3 hours to maximum 12 hours. He even did troubleshooting for me.
This was a remarkable experience.
