Excellent Support

I was having a problem with Jetpack backing up data and then accessing JetPack. The agent determined that it was a hosting issue and wrote up a complete description that I could forward for resolution and kept me ticket open to insure that once that was resolved, that there were no other problems. I received great support and follow through.
