The team does its best to provide help for Premium users. I had two issues: a simple one and a more complicated one too (albeit largely inconsequential towards the website’s appearance). The simple one required some custom CSS that the team was ready to provide. The second instead needed an update of the whole theme that was specifically provided for all users to address this issue, and all this occurred within a few days! The money spent on the Catch Wedding Premium theme surely gave me the best value in the whole organization of my wedding!
