Excellent support

I have been using shortpixel for a while with good results but only recently needed to contact customer support. I have been back and forth with quite a complex case that needed investigation.

The team has been so patient, explaining everything to me and investigating further, which has taken a few days. They adjusted my settings to get the desired result, and I am very happy with the resolution.
