• Bit Forms has all the features I wanted (and more). I have found it mostly intuitive with a complete set of features. I encountered difficulty, however, when I attempted to create different ‘ views’ of the first form i created. (I wanted to create the equivalent of a get form and a put form with some fields hidden and others masked in the different ‘views’, but i could not get that to work.)

i was pleased to note that when i submitted a description of the problems i had encountered, I received an immediate response from support. Their responsiveness has been uniformly positive to this point. It turns out that the problems I encountered were related to the fact that my website (built with WordPress) is configured as a multisite site, and Bit Forms doesn’t play well on multi-site sites—yet.

In expedited fashion and after diagnosing the problem, support indicated they would have an updated version of Bit Forms that addresses my problems in the next two or three weeks.

The support i received was always quick, responsive, professional, kind, and focused.

Coupled with what appears to be a fully featured and intuitive form builder and customizer, i think I found my ‘go to’ solution for creating and maintaining forms for my site.

    Thanks Abrar and colleagues.
