I also make use of 3 paid addons. In the beginning I had some trouble using the plugin. Ninja support answered my request in 4 minutes. I appeared there was something conflicting with my theme which was easy to solve.

It would only be nice if it is possible to (optionally) use out-of-the-box styling.
