    Ive been using Solid Security/iThemes for ~4 years now and have been extremely pleased.

    I contacted support regarding an issue with 3rd party service having difficulty accessing/posting to the website. After troubleshooting myself for HOURS, i finally contacted Solid Security support and they provided fast, accurate info that fixed the issue the first time around.
