Excellent Tab plugin

Well crafted plugin with flexible configuration.

Would have liked to be able to
– set the editor default view to Code rather than Visual (via a switch in the configuration panel)
– have all editor windows open at the same time – for all tabs (also via a switch in the configuration panel)
– hit the save button without the editor windows being closed automatically.

These are only minor details. The plugin is excellent!
