Exceptional

I am using UpdraftPlus (free version) for years now, currently on a WP 6.9 and, even if there is a warning about being untested on this version, it works flawless.
As a matter of fact, it saved my behind 3 or 4 times in the last month, because I was able to use the full backups to fully restore a wrecked website due to some “optimizers” which are really praised (I have no idea why).
Retention works perfectly, restoring is absolutely a child’s play.

Rule no. 1: before any change in code or layout, TAKE A FULL BACKUP and lock it, so it can only be deleted manualy, otherwise, the incrementals will overwrite it at some point.
