EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

I was a little worried about the service level before buying the full plug-in because you can only contact them via email. Plus wasn’t sure if the plug-in would do the job I needed it to do and didn’t want to waste money. No problem, they have a basic version you can download for free and a test site with access to the full version so you can run tests before you buy. Their service before I paid any money and since buying the full version have been exceptional. I’ve contacted them several times over the last couple of months and they always reply within 48 hrs, usually quicker. The support they provide is clear, articulate and detailed AND they have offered me advice on items which aren’t directly related to their plugin (problems encountered with cron scheduling which my hosting provider refuses to acknowledge exist). Would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of plug-in.
