    The support team has always been exemplary. I had a payments issue which was arguably down to me not paying attention rather than a fault with Latepoint. Nevertheless, Sravan and the team provided the solution in clear, unambiguous terms and guided me through the implementation. Problem solved, happy client and I come away looking like a hero. Result!
