Exceptional support, great plugin

I could see that this was the only plugin I had come across to do the specific updates I needed for my site… But in trying to do them, the filters didn’t work as advertised. Pimwick’s support immediately got back to me to check out what was wrong.

Turned out MY product database had some anomalies, and they made a small adjustment to the plugin to be able to handle the situation. Fixed incredibly quickly!

Plugin now does exactly what I need. Thank you so much!
