    I use a Recent Posts widget on my page and I can’t seem to get it to display just excerpt with link to continue reading, the full text of the post always displays even though I have excerpts enabled in the widget. How should I proceed?

    Thank you for your quick response a I try to explane :). I prepare the page, where is the screenshot of page in editing mode and and above that the latest posts are displayed.

    The first tree posts with yellow highlightings do not have set an excerpts in wordpress. So in editing mode looks good, but the text on the page is not shortened…

    In the end of the page there is a screenshot of blog page settings …
