Excerpt display options

    i am under the impression that the home page article summaries are based, depending on the content of a php file, on either

    1. All of the content prior to the “More” tag.

    or

    2. The content in the Excerpt box.

    Can Hemingway be set up so that the content before the More tag displays UNLESS there is text in the Excerpt box, which then would show as the summary? If so, how would I set that up?

    Hi bifriedman,

    I’m afraid there’s no such function in Hemingway, but it’s possible that there are plugin that will give you the functionality you’re looking for.
