Excerpt in “Preview Text”

    – I have a mail going out everytime a new blogpost is written.
    – The mail contains just the last blogpost
    – The mail contains the title of the blogpost in the subject field
    – The mail starts with:
    Display problems? Open this email in your web browser.
    Hello Name,
    ‘Title’
    ‘Excerpt’

    When go to my mail program I get the following preview text:
    Display problems? Open this email in your web browser.
    Hello Name…

    I can edit the preview text to a fixed text, that’s easy. What I want is to display the first words of the excerpt as a preview text.
    As far as I know shortcotes are not possible in the “Preview Text” filed and there is no shortcode for displaying the excerpt.

    Any chance to get this solved?
