Is it part of the paid app?
This feature also available in free version, if you can’t see the option please remove existing and then add again from top list items.

I uninstalled and downloaded the free version from your website, but I still have the same issue?

You don’t need to re-install the plugin,
go to layout editor and remove existing “Excerpt” and then add again. the input field should appear.

OK I removed the excerpt, saved and then added back in but still no option of length to pick from.
This is strange, this feature already available in Free version and others user already using this.
Are you using any cache plugin, please try to deactivate first cache plugin.
after adding the excerpt have click to expand to see the options ?
