Excerpt position got moved

    Hi.
    I mostly installed this plugin because suddenly my site stopped reliably generating automatic excerpts.
    I like the functionality and excerpts seem to work again but it somehow changed the layout.
    Before I installed the plugin the text was shown to the right of the image so all was neat and tidy. (My theme offers the choice between image next to excerpt or above)
    With the plugin activated the text is shown under der image which creates some ugly whitespace next to the image.
    Can I use the plugin and keep my text beside the image?

    Hi @janschattling

    The plugin shouldn’t interfere with the layout unless the layout was part of the excerpt itself (image was part of the excerpt).

    At the moment on the URL you supplied I see the image is on the left and the excerpt on the right. I assume you resolved the issue, correct?

    Hi.
    The strange fact is, that I did nothing.
    About 15 minutes after I posted here it just looked that way but only on page 1.
    You can still see the problem on page 2 and onwards.

    Hi @janschattling

    Try adding this in WP admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

    body.archive .entry-content.clearfix:before {
   clear: none !important;
}
