Excess files in plugin package

    Downloading/Installing the plugin from WordPress repo includes these non-WordPress files into /wp-content/plugins/post-connector/core:

    • .git
    • .gitignore
    • composer.json
    • Gruntfile.js
    • package.json

    I understand what these files are for, but I don’t think they should be in the WP .zip
