excessive resource usage need help

    Ok this is my problem I have a wordpress 4.4.2 blog set up, I’m using the gavick pro Magazine theme.
    I’m using the following plugins:
    All-in-One Event Calendar Extended Views by Time.ly
    Contextual Related Posts
    GK News Show Pro
    GK Tabs
    Infinite Timeline
    Italy Cookie Choices (for EU Cookie Law)
    Simple Links
    Social Profile Linking
    TagPages
    Timeline Express
    TinyMCE Advanced
    WP Canvas – Gallery
    WP Facebook Open Graph protocol
    do any of you know if any of the above mentioned items are known to use excessive server resources?
    I can not seen to figure out what is causing my problems that are frequent down time caused by excessive memory usage on a lunarpages hosting account
    any help will be greatly appreciated

    To find out if any of the plugins and the theme uses excessive server resources, try:

    – Switching to the WordPress default theme (Twenty Sixteen) and test loading time and see if you see a difference.
    – One by one disable plugins and test loading time and see if you see a difference.
