    Hello,

    I need assistance with excluding the Return Refund and Exchange for WooCommerce plugin from LiteSpeed Cache. Despite attempting to exclude its CSS and JS files, the issue persists.

    One of the primary functions I rely on is allowing customers to send messages after placing an order. However, when LiteSpeed Cache is enabled, these messages do not appear on the page unless the site is manually refreshed. This causes confusion, as customers think their messages were not sent and often resend them.

    Could you help me properly exclude this plugin from the cache or suggest a solution to resolve this issue?

    Thank you for the report, it helped me in starting debugging your issue.
    I created a strip version of your setup:
    WP(6.7.1)
    LSC(6.5.4)
    Woocommerce(9.5.2)
    Return Refund and Exchange for WooCommerce(4.4.4)

    Checked some settings that seems important
    Created a customer user, created an order and set it to in “process” and tested messaging from order complete link. Something like: *****.co.uk/view-order-msg/?order_id=1897&wps_rma_nonce=df8637cd6d and I was NOT able to reproduce the error.

    Please give me details of how it happens.
    Also there are 2 settings you can change to test a solution(change 1 at a time):

    – turn OFF this setting: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/cache/#browser-cache

    Right now i just clicked purge all, then i went to my orders (as a customer) wrote a message and the first message goes through and after a few seconds shows on the site without refreshing, but as soon i try to send another message and click on the button “Enviar” (Send) nothing happens the message is not being sent and of course is not being shown in the chat history. Even if i refresh de website it still does not work.

    The only way is getting out of the order and getting back and send the new message. Is ther another documentation i can go through?

    I purged all caches but still have the same problem. I’m not entirely sure if the correct name to exclude in Page Optimization > Tuning (under JS Excludes and JS Deferred/Delayed Excludes) is refund-and-exchange-for-woocommerce or return-refund-and-exchange-for-woocommerce. Could you confirm if this is correct, or if there’s another name I should use?

    no , I don’t think it’s related to any JS or CSS file but something else
