Exclude anonymous carts

    hello，

    I have enabled [Exclude anonymous carts] in the settings options, but there are still anonymous carts contents in Abandoned carts. How can I solve this problem?

    Hi @jackievon51, thank you for your question.

    If you have enabled anonymous cart exclusion, then you should not be seeing any unknown abandoned carts in your abandoned cart list. Could you let us know what CartBounty version are you using and maybe share a screenshot of your CartBounty settings page?

    Thank you for the update.
    If you enable anonymous cart exclusion, then no new anonymous abandoned carts will be saved, however the ones that had already been saved will be available in the abandoned cart list.

    Hi @jackievon51

    We have just released an update which now will hide previously captured Anonymous carts if you have enabled Anonymous cart exclusion under CartBounty > Settings. We feel that this will be more clear. Thank you very much for your suggestion! 🙂
