Exclude cache by cookies

    This feature is available in WP rocket, trying to move over to breeze because we are on Cloudways but because of this missing feature we have to uninstall and reinstall WP rocket. Where this feature is needed, our forum need to show dynamic content when preferences is set by guest users, setting a cookie with the preferences in WP rocket you can put cookie name to exclude from caching.
