Great plugin! Is there an easy way to exclude certain categories from displaying, instead of displaying all?

I guess this would be possible to adjust this line in file three_columns and four_columns:
```
$vskb_cats = get_categories('hide_empty=0&orderby=name&order=asc');
```
You can exclude certain categories, see codex:
