Exclude Cookie

    Hi,

    My website uses Travel Tour Theme by Goodlayers. For many users, privacy settings message keeps showing even if accepting cookies. My theme developer asked me to “Exclude cookie “gdlr-core-privacy-settings” using W3 Total Cache Performance>Page Cache>Advanced>Reject Cookies”. I pasted “gdlr-core-privacy-settings” on that field but the problem persists… any clue if I’m doing anything wrong or how to solve this?

    Hello @lupitaoverland

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.

    I am not seeing the mentioned cookie on that page, however, I do see the issue you are referring to.
    Try adding the gdlr-core-privacy-box to Performance>Page Cache>Advanced>Reject Cookies filed, save all settings and purge the cache and let me know if the problem persists.
    Also, Please share the settings enabled in the W3TC general settings and also, make sure to purge Cloudflare as well.
