Exclude CSS file but minified or inline

    Is it possible that an option can be added that allows you to minimize or inline certain excluded CSS files?

    For example: Elementor generates dynamic post-234.css files but these files are not minimized.
    I don’t know if it’s the best way. but for example there are some plugins that might need to be excluded and they don’t usually have their css minimized either. What do you think?

    You should just merge that file, or is there a reason why you need to exclude it?
    The rule is to merge all css files, if possible.
