Exclude Current Category

I’ve enjoyed using your plugin WP-Tiles and have only one frustration that I’ve been trying to resolve. I noticed there’s a shortcode option for “exclude current post”, but there’s not an option to “exclude current category”. So if I’m on a single post page and I don’t want to show tiles for any posts within the same category, how can this be accomplished?
